The project is designed to spread knowledge of tactical medicine among active and future military personnel and reservists. In a series of nine videos, Ukrainian artists dub videos about critical skills and concepts of tactical medicine so that rescue speaks in voices that are hard not to recognize. The Podil Theater and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine acted as project partners.

It was created on the initiative of PULSE, a charitable foundation that develops tactical medicine in Ukraine. Over two years from February 2022, 25+ thousand Ukrainian military personnel were trained, the organization is an authorized training center of the USA NAEMT.
